Targeting anti-social behaviour through off-road bikes being ridden in a careless and inconsiderate manner in Goffs Oak Cheshunt West. Issued 10 May 2025	The Cheshunt West Neighbourhood Policing Team has continued to work with Broxbourne Parks Patrol and other partner agencies during July 2025 to disrupt those riding offroad bikes within the area and anyone identified participating in this activity will be dealt with robustly, this may include seizure of bikes. Anyone who may be tempted to ride offroad bikes in public areas should be reminded that there is a Public Space Protection Order, covering the whole of the Borough of Broxbourne, prohibiting anyone being the driver of a motorbike, quad bike, scrambler, mini moto or any other mechanically propelled vehicle to act in a manner deemed by an authorised person to be anti-social and is or is likely to be causing nuisance, alarm, harassment or distress to any other person and failure to comply with this order is a criminal offence. Members of public are encouraged to report any incidents of offroad motorbikes witnessed via 101 or if of a serious nature please call 999.
