Positive Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act search |

While on patrol in Willian, officers came across a parked vehicle with an occupant inside who arouse suspicion.
Neighbourhood Policing Team officers engaged with the individual; however, the account did not add up. As a result, a search was conducted under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.
During the search, officers located cannabis and amphetamine within the vehicle.
The individual was dealt with by way of a Community Resolution.
