Hertfordshire Health Walks - King George Park Bushey - Tuesday 30th Dec 10:30am

Dear Resident,

Police will be attending the Hertfordshire Health Walk which is taking place in King George Park from 10:30 on Tuesday 30th December starting at the Café. These events are ran by Hertfordshire County Council volunteers, the walks have different grading to ensure it suits your abilities. On 30th December the walk is graded - First Steps - these are for people who are returning from illness and injury and those who haven’t been physically active in a while. The free walks are on flat, smooth paths and are led by qualified volunteers and the walk will last between 20-30 minutes.

All walks are free with no booking required. Just turn up at least 10 mins before the start time shown, as they set off promptly and there will be a pre-walk briefing.
