Three men and a woman were stopped and arrested for thefts by the Harpenden Neighbourhood Policing Team on Thursday (15 May) afternoon.

They were stopped in Lower Luton Road just after 3.30pm. 

The men aged 26, 19, 25 and 17, from Luton have been charged with thefts from Boots in Watford and London Colney between 8 February and 21 April. 

Hundreds of pounds of cosmetics were stolen.

It is being linked to a wider investigation across a number of forces.
