Dear Resident Between 09:00 hours and 17:00 hours on Monday 28th April, a theft of a vehicle occurred in Berkhamsted Railway Station car park. Victim had parked their car in the Railway Station car park and when returning at 17:00 hours, noticed the vehicle had gone. Offender(s) has gained access to vehicle by unknown means and then stolen the vehicle making off in an unknown direction. Victim is still in possession of both sets of keys. Stolen vehicle is a KIA SPORTAGE, index YF19 ZWC.
