Dear {FIRST_NAME Between 17/04/2025 16:30hrs until 24/04/2025 08:00hrs a theft from a motor vehicle took place , at Bircherley Court, Car park, Hertford. Driver parked their vehicle between the dates/times shown above. When the driver returned to his vehicle he noticed that his rear number plate was not on the vehicle.
