Between 08/04/2025 10:00 to 09/04/2025 10:00 in Loudwater Lane, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire,  suspect(s) unknown have accessed victim's farmers field by cutting the padlock and damaging the hinges on a gate, then by means unknown deposited a large amount of waste material in the field, damaging crops in the process.
