Theft of Motor Vehicles Rossway Drive Bushey

This message is to make you aware of the recent theft of two cars from two different addresses on Rossway Drive Bushey.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday 21st March between the times of 02.30am - 03.15am.

A grey BMW and a blue BMW were stolen.

Please check any CCTV you may have.

Tips to prevent vehicle crime:

Ensure you lock doors and shut windows/sunroof when leaving your vehicle unattended.

Always remove keys from the ignition when you are not with the vehicle

When parking, remember to set your immobiliser or alarm or use an approved steering lock or gear lever clamp.

Never leave valuables in your vehicle – not even in the glove box or boot – and keep all possessions out of sight – even coats, sunglasses and carrier bags.

Be aware of your keys. Don’t leave them visible on a windowsill or near to your front door, where they could be “hooked” through the letterbox.

If you have a keyless entry car use a signal blocking bag.

Store car ownership documents at home, not in your car.
