Dear Resident

Back on the 7th of March, there was an accident on Trowley Rise, near to the bend of Greenways.

Opposite to social media posts around the accident, which many said this was due to vehicles or speed. I can confirm this was a single cycle rider accident, due to the damp road surface.

No other vehicle or person was involved. 

The cyclist sustain injuries, but is recovering well.

I know this as I was the cyclist who came off the bike.
